Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight Set to Continue the Arkham

It's been kind of a long time since we had a proper new Batman action game–more than a decade, in fact, since 2015's Arkham Knight was the most recent one.

On May 22, Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will be released, offering a blend of the Arkham series and the Lego Batman franchise. The gameplay mechanics feel familiar to Arkham fans, with combat controls resembling those of the Arkham games. Despite being less challenging, the game introduces new gadgets and moves to keep the brawls engaging. The open-world exploration of Gotham City, complete with Batman's iconic tools, provides a seamless experience reminiscent of Rocksteady's titles. Legacy of the Dark Knight focuses on delivering the same smooth gameplay that made the Arkham series a success, ensuring a comfortable transition for fans of the franchise.
