Xbox is adding a new Gamerscore-tracking feature for your console, allowing you to show off your achievement-hunting prowess to others.
Xbox is set to introduce tiered Gamerscore badges that will be visible in the Guide and on user profiles. These badges will have increasingly intricate designs as players progress their lifetime Gamerscore total. The new feature will include special badges for different milestones, such as reaching 1,000 or even 10 million Gamerscore.
The rollout of Gamerscore badges begins with Xbox Insiders and will later extend to all Xbox users. Alongside this update, Xbox consoles will receive a new bootup logo and sound, which users can now set as their gamerpic or dynamic background. Additionally, a new set of filters will help users manage their downloaded games, especially those no longer accessible through services like Game Pass.
