Wrong Organ Reveals Carcass Clad as Follow-Up to Mouthwashing

In 2024, developer Wrong Organ's first-person horror title Mouthwashing was an indie smash. Now, Wrong Organ's follow-up game, Carcass Clad, has been revealed, and aside from fitting into the horror genre, it appears to be a completely different experience.

Wrong Organ, known for the indie hit Mouthwashing, has unveiled their next game, Carcass Clad. Unlike its predecessor, this new title offers a unique gameplay experience. Players will control a small crew operating a tank in a war-torn city, a departure from the survival horror theme of Mouthwashing.

Carcass Clad is a three-player co-op game where players can choose to be the commander, Kanerva, the gunner, Erkki, or the driver, Taisto. Together, they pilot the Yksiö tank through the hostile city of Vhorgorod, facing enemies who use half-dead bodies of divine livestock as armor for their war machines.

The game primarily unfolds inside the Yksiö, according to technical and tank designer Dave van Egdom. While the team is exploring the possibility of allowing the crew to leave the vehicle for city exploration, the focus remains on the tank. Carcass Clad is set for release on PC and is currently open for wishlisting on Steam.
