World of Tanks developer Wargaming has announced a release date for its new spin-off, World of Tanks: Heat.
Wargaming has revealed that World of Tanks: Heat, a standalone tactical vehicle-shooter, will launch on May 26 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game is a faster-paced version of the original World of Tanks, built from scratch in Wargaming's new proprietary engine to deliver dynamic gameplay and modern visuals. It is optimized for various hardware configurations, including Steam Deck for PC players.
The launch version of World of Tanks: Heat will feature plenty of content, such as Agents with two vehicles each, three battlefield roles, 15 customizable vehicles, eight battle maps, and four PvP game modes. Players can engage in battles across different game modes like Hardpoint, Control, Kill Confirmed, and Conquest in an alternate post-World War 2 timeline.
