Getting a new gameplay trailer and release date during the Xbox Games Showcase today, Join Us is an upcoming co-op game for up to four players, and sees you take the role of a cult leader hellbent on securing the safety of your followers.

Join Us, an upcoming co-op game, was showcased during the Xbox Games Showcase, offering players the chance to embody a cult leader striving to protect their followers. Players can expect to make tough decisions, build bases, convert tractors into weapons, ride a pig mount, and amass an arsenal of military-grade weapons. Originally announced in September 2025, the game was initially set for a fall release but has now been rescheduled for March 2027. In Join Us, players can opt to play solo or with up to four friends, guiding their cult members through an apocalyptic scenario. Each in-game character is a potential recruit, requiring players to sway them with propaganda and make the cult enticing. Followers possess unique traits and can serve various roles like farmers or doctors. However, unhappy followers may abandon the cult, emphasizing the need to maintain their satisfaction. Players must also contend with opposition from law enforcement, locals, and government forces who are hostile towards cults. To counter these threats, players can utilize weapons and even a gun that shoots live snakes. Wolf Haus Games has confirmed that Join Us is set to launch in March 2027.
