Ubisoft Announces Release Windows for New Assassin's Creed, Far Cry,

The latest financial disclosures for Ubisoft have been shared by the company, and it included a record €1.3 billion operating loss for its 2025-2026 fiscal year.

Ubisoft is banking on new releases in its popular franchises to help overcome its financial challenges. The company anticipates launching new titles for Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Ghost Recon in the 2027-28 and 2028-29 financial years, aiming to restore profitability. The upcoming Assassin's Creed game, reportedly named Assassin's Creed Hexe, is expected to be a significant part of this strategy. Far Cry and Ghost Recon, which last saw new releases in 2021 and 2019 respectively, are also set to receive fresh installments. While details are scarce, the new Ghost Recon game is rumored to be a first-person shooter.

Additionally, Ubisoft has hinted at releasing premium games based on its established brands in the fiscal year 2026-2027. However, the specific titles in the pipeline have not been disclosed by the company.
