A remaster of the beloved Toy Story 3 video game is set to launch soon, accompanied by a collection of the initial two games. Digital Eclipse will unveil Toy Story: Retro Roundup and Toy Story 3: Complete Edition on October 15th for PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Gamers can grab both titles in a single physical package for $39.99 or individually for $24.99.
The Toy Story: Retro Roundup bundle will feature the original Toy Story video game, Toy Story 2, Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue, Toy Story Racer, and Buzz Lightyear of Star Command. Additionally, players will receive the video game for A Bug's Life as a bonus. This collection introduces new gameplay elements like the ability to save progress at any point, rewind to retry challenging sections, cheats, enhanced visuals, behind-the-scenes content, and interviews with the developers.
Toy Story 3, a standout for younger audiences, offers a local co-op mode allowing players to relive moments from the movie. The game's Toy Box Mode, an open-world sandbox experience, permits non-linear missions, character switching, and town customization. The remastered version for modern platforms and PC boasts 4K, 60fps, and previously exclusive content.

The announcement aligns with the upcoming release of Toy Story 5, with Disney's promotional efforts including a song by Taylor Swift for the film. Both Toy Story: Retro Roundup and Toy Story 3: Complete Edition will launch on October 15th, while Toy Story 5 is scheduled for a theatrical release on June 19th.
