Publishing company Random House has acquired a Godfather novel by author Adriana Trigiani, authorized by Mario Puzo's estate. The book will explore the life of Don Vito Corleone's daughter, Connie, and her journey to establish her identity in a predetermined world.

Trigiani expressed that Connie's story mirrors the underestimated strength of the Corleone family members. This upcoming novel will be the third approved by Puzo's estate and the first written by a woman, promising a fresh perspective on the iconic narrative.

Set for release in fall 2027, Connie aims to delve deeper into the character's life, offering a new angle on the Corleone legacy. The book is anticipated to provide readers with a unique insight into the world of The Godfather.
