Summer Game Fest Live 2026: Major Announcements and Games Revealed

The calendar has turned to June, which means it is now time for the season of game trailers and announcements.

We saw PlayStation's State of Play earlier this week, and today Geoff Keighley took the stage for Summer Game Fest Live 2026. Some of the highlights included the debut of Resident Evil Veronica, a remake of Resident Evil: Code Veronica, and a new Cuphead adventure titled Mighty Cuphead Adventure. Alien Isolation 2 made an appearance, along with a new project from Fumito Ueda called Gen Atlas. Other reveals featured games like Blood Message, Stranger Than Heaven, and Hex. The event also showcased upcoming titles such as Mortal Shell 2, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag Resynced, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin.

Fortnite introduced its next season, Runners, while a new Gundam game titled Rogue Orbit was announced for 2027. An Eggstremely Hard Game and Crossfire were also part of the lineup, with Crossfire being the inaugural release from That's No Moon studio. Control Resonant and Guild Wars 3 were among the titles revealed, along with Star Wars Galactic Racer, End of Abyss, Virtua Fighter: Crossroads, Runescape: Dragonwilds, and a teaser for Grounded 2.
