Turn-based strategy title Star Wars Zero Company will launch in just a couple of months, a new leak has revealed.

The upcoming turn-based strategy game Star Wars Zero Company is set to release on August 27 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. The leak, courtesy of billbil-kun at Dealabs, disclosed the release date, positioning the launch just before a busy September in the gaming world. The game is expected to be showcased at the Summer Game Fest, with a Standard Edition priced at $49.99 (available physical and digital) and a $59.99 Deluxe Edition (digital only), details of which are yet to be confirmed.

Developed by Bit Reactor, known for their work on XCOM, and with support from Respawn Entertainment, the minds behind Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Star Wars Zero Company promises an engaging experience set in the Clone Wars era. Players will lead an elite squad through a compelling narrative, taking on the role of Hawks, a former Republic officer heading Zero Company, a group of skilled professionals from various corners of the galaxy. The game's trailer hints at lightsaber combat and Mandalorian appearances, adding to the excitement surrounding the release.

The game's plot revolves around Hawks and Zero Company embarking on a mission to tackle a looming threat that endangers the galaxy. Players will navigate through challenging scenarios, uniting disparate allies to confront overwhelming obstacles. With a strategic turn-based gameplay style, Star Wars Zero Company offers a unique perspective on the Clone Wars era, promising an immersive experience for players.
