The Ecoflow River 3 Plus is a truly portable power station that weighs in at just 10 pounds. It has a 286Wh battery (77,000mAh at 3.7V) that provides plenty of juice to recharge your mobile electronics. Ports include three AC outlets, a 100W USB-C port, and two 18W USB-A ports. The River 3 Plus can be recharged from 0% to 100% via AC in just one hour.
The bundle also includes the EB600 572Wh expansion battery, which triples the total capacity. You sit the River 3 Plus on top of the EB600 and the two connect via pogo pins, so no fiddling is necessary. In addition to the additional power overhead, the EB600 also features a USB-C port with 140W of Power Delivery, which is powerful enough to charge the newest MacBook Pro or ThinkPad at their fastest rate.
Both the River 3 Plus and EB600 are equipped with LiFePO4 battery cells, which are safer and retain their charge longer than other lithium battery types. Although the River 3 Plus is typically used as a mobile backup power solution when you have no available grid power, it can also work as an always-on passthrough AC power strip. It has an EPS function that will automatically swap to battery power when there is a power outage. The shutoff delay is less than 10ms, which is fast enough for even sensitive electronics like PCs to remain powered on during the switchover.
