Nintendo's New 'Choose Your Game Bundle' Preorders Open

Preorders are now open for Nintendo's new $500 Nintendo Switch 2 Choose Your Game Bundle, which includes the console and a digital game code for one of three titles: Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza, or Pokemon Pokopia.

Nintendo has unveiled a new $500 Nintendo Switch 2 Choose Your Game Bundle, set to launch on June 7, 2026. This bundle includes the Switch 2 console, dock, Joycon 2 controllers, and a voucher code for one of three digital games from the Nintendo eShop. The three game options are Mario Kart World, Donkey Kong Bananza, and Pokemon Pokopia, each with a retail value ranging from $70 to $80.

Customers who purchase this bundle will save at least $20-$30 compared to buying the console and game separately. The preorder is available at major retailers like Best Buy, GameStop, and Nintendo. Once redeemed, the chosen game is permanently added to the user's library, allowing for future downloads and sharing across Switch 2 devices.

If undecided on which game to choose, customers can refer to reviews of the three titles, each scoring 9/10. The games have varying file sizes, with Mario Kart World requiring 22 GB, Donkey Kong Bananza 9 GB, and Pokemon Pokopia 6.2 GB. The Switch 2 comes with 256 GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSD Express card.
