The post received backlash for mocking the game's absence of Kratos, with many users highlighting Domino's poor treatment of workers and the quality of its pizza. The Domino's Pizza UK account is known for its provocative posts, with this being another example of their attention-seeking behavior. While the new game God of War: Laufey focuses on Fey, Kratos' wife and Atreus' mother, who resides in the afterlife of the gods, known as the Everywhen. The events in Laufey's story run parallel to those in the 2018 God of War. Additionally, the game introduces a gelatinous cube character portrayed by Jack Quaid.
