Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is the first Switch 2 exclusive Fire Emblem game since 2023's Fire Emblem Engage. It will be released on September 17, 2026. The game offers digital editions on the eShop for $69.99 and physical editions priced at $79.99 (Standard) and $119.99 (Dagdan Collection).
The digital edition is $10 cheaper than the physical copy and allows pre-downloading for immediate play upon release. Walmart briefly had the physical edition on discount but is now out of stock. The Dagdan Collection includes art cards, a map, an art book, a steelbook, and the game itself.
The game features a tactical RPG gameplay with multiple storylines and protagonists competing in the Heroic Games. Players can choose from four protagonists with unique backgrounds and stories to explore. The latest trailer also introduces the game's free time structure for skill leveling and unit recruitment.
