Fallout 4 maker Bethesda has confirmed a storage increase for mods on console versions, providing more space for players to download and use Creations.
Bethesda has announced that the Fallout 4 Creations storage expansion will be available for consoles on May 27. This update will allow console players to have more space for downloading content, with Creations storage on Xbox Series X/S scalable up to 100GB. Additionally, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox One will see their Creations storage increased from 1GB or 2GB to around 15GB.
The developer/publisher emphasized the significance of this increase, set to roll out on May 27. However, players with saves older than November 10, 2025, on current- and last-gen systems may be affected. Creating a fresh save for your ongoing playthrough is recommended to avoid any issues.
