Developer Blizzard has revealed details about Diablo 4 Season 15, introducing a new Rebirth feature that enables players to transfer Eternal Realm characters to the seasonal realm. This feature resets the character's level to one while preserving playtime, class, name, appearance, and cosmetic preferences. Equipped gear will be lost, but players can store it in their Eternal Realm stash before using Rebirth.
Season 15 of Diablo 4 will also see the inclusion of iconic items from previous Diablo games like Stone of Jordan from Diablo 2 and Ring of Royal Grandeur from Diablo 3. Additionally, new Overland activities such as challenge dungeons and open-world ambushes will be added, along with a new socketable type called Soul Splinters.
Blizzard is addressing player feedback by making changes to Mythic items and introducing more deterministic crafting methods for Season 15. Players can expect further details to be revealed at BlizzCon on September 12-13, with some new features available for testing on the public-test realm from August 4-11. The official start of Season 15 is scheduled for September after BlizzCon.
