The ports of Call of Duty: Black Ops (2010) and Black Ops 2 (2012) are now accessible on PS4 and PS5. Developed by Iron Galaxy in collaboration with Activision, these are not remasters or remakes but the original games. Each game is priced at $40, with a discounted rate of $20 for PlayStation Plus members until August 6. The season pass for each game, offering extra multiplayer maps and Zombies content, is available for $30 (or $10 for PlayStation Plus members until August 6).
Despite offering a classic Call of Duty experience, cross-platform multiplayer is not supported. There is no bundled offering for both games. The upcoming Call of Duty title, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, is set to release in October for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC.
