Battlefield 6 has received a new map and it fixes one of the biggest issues with the game: a lack of airspace.
Battlefield 6 has addressed a major issue with its latest map, Railway to Golmud, by expanding the airspace for pilots. The map, a remake of a Battlefield 4 classic, offers a vast out-of-bounds area for air vehicles, allowing for uninterrupted dogfights. In most maps, the airspace in Battlefield 6 is limited, leading to constraints and forcing players to turn back when they reach the out-of-bounds barrier.
EA plans to enhance other maps in Battlefield 6, such as New Sobek City and Blackwell Fields, to provide more airspace for aerial combat. These reworks aim to offer players more room to maneuver and escape anti-aircraft threats. Additionally, upcoming seasonal updates will address concerns about the game's content pace, with Season 5 set to introduce three new maps, improving the game's live-service aspect.
