Despite ongoing discussions about the game's player numbers, it continues to be one of the most played games on Steam, boasting peak concurrent player numbers of up to 100,000 on PC.
Embark recently announced that Arc Raiders will receive two major content updates annually, with the upcoming Frozen Trail update scheduled for October. This update will introduce new locations, enemies, story expansions, and gameplay system enhancements, aiming to significantly impact the player experience.
