1047 Games Announces Empulse, a Titanfall-Style Game, on Steam

Splitgate developer 1047 Games has announced Empulse, a 6v6 title featuring mech combat and fast-paced movement mechanics.

1047 Games revealed Empulse, a new Titanfall-style game, after it unexpectedly appeared on Steam. Empulse is set to launch in early access later this year. The game allows players to engage in 6v6 battles in the city of Freehold, where they can pilot mechs and utilize various tools like P.A.I.N.T. bombs, Holojumps, wallruns, and grappling hooks for swift navigation.

The gameplay revolves around fast-paced movement, with two mechs spawning on the map, each offering unique weapons and abilities. Securing a mech early in the game provides a strategic advantage, but teams can work together to take down enemy mechs and shift the balance of power in battles.
